| 1. Remove the generator. |
| 2. Remove a plastic casing from a back part of the generator. |
| 3. Unscrew two bolts, the fixing brush holders and one bolt, the fixing condenser of suppression of hindrances. |
| 4. Remove the condenser and take the brush holder, at the same time note an arrangement of the flat socket sideways. |
| 5. Check smoothness of movement of brushes in guides and measure length of brushes. |
| 6. Check a condition of contact rings of the generator and, if necessary, smooth out them a small emery paper. |
