Removal

Use of scissors for cutting of a crossing point of the protection cover of a forward brake disk

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In the presence take off a cap of a forward wheel, then weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel. Tighten the emergency brake, then lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove a wheel.

2. Remove a brake disk.

3. The screw-driver through an opening in a nave unscrew three screws fixing the protection cover of a forward brake disk to a rotary fist.

4. Using scissors on metal, cut off the crossing point of the protection cover preventing its removal and remove the protection cover (see the drawing).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At installation of the new protection cover of a forward brake disk cut out a crossing point in the same way, as well as at removal of a casing. Remove agnails from the cut edge and cover it антикоррозион with ny structure.

2. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments.

3. Establish a brake disk.

4. Establish a wheel, then lower the car on the earth. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the required moment.
