1. In the presence take off caps of wheels, then weaken bolts of fastening of back wheels. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports. Remove back wheels.

2. Check a state and thickness of overlays of brake shoes of back wheels. Even if the limit of wear was reached by only one brake shoe, replace back brake shoes in a set.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Note an arrangement of the spring supporting brake shoes then, using a steel core or the screw-driver, from the outer side squeeze out the lower and top fingers of fastening of brake shoes (see rice. Expression of pins of fastening of back brake shoes).

2. Remove the spring supporting brake shoes (see rice. Removal of the spring supporting brake shoes).

3. Take away brake shoes from a brake disk, then flat-nose pliers take the external brake shoe and laying established between a brake shoe and the holder of a support.

4. Take an internal brake shoe and laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Purify dust and dirt from a support, and a rust from edge of a brake disk. If blocks are suitable for further operation, clear them, using a wire brush and rags.

2. If new brake shoes are established, press the piston into a support a wooden core or the handle of the hammer. 4. Apply a thin film of lubricant for the brake system on the top and lower end faces of the metal basis of brake shoes.

5. Establish brake shoes in a support. Check that blocks freely move in a support.

6. Establish the spring supporting brake shoes then from the inside implant fingers of fastening of brake shoes. At the same time at the same time press the spring supporting brake shoes.

7. Similarly replace brake shoes on the second wheel.

8. Establish wheels and lower the car on the earth. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the required moment.

9. Several times press a brake pedal that brake shoes nestled on a brake disk.

10. Check the level of brake fluid in a tank.

11. After installation of new brake shoes avoid sharp braking during the first 160 km of a run of the car.
