GENERAL INFORMATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lower door glass down to an emphasis, then remove an upholstery of a door and a protective film.

2. Unscrew the bolt fixing a back guide of glass and take it through an aperture at doors.

3. Remove the lower consolidation of glass from the internal and outer side.

4. Remove the plastic limiter from the top guide of glass (see rice. Arrangement of the plastic limiter of the top guide of glass).

5. Unscrew two screws fixing the lower part of a guide to a door and lower a guide (see rice. An arrangement of screws of fastening of the lower part of a guide to a door).

Incline door glass forward and extract it through a window aperture.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. If necessary adjust a corner I direct Russian cabbage soup after weakening of two screws of fastening. Establish a door upholstery.

2. On models with power windows program the control unit as follows.

3. Close all doors and include ignition.

4. Close each glass, using the corresponding switch and after when glass is lifted up to an emphasis, hold the switch pressed 5 more sec.

BACK DOOR

Removal

Removal of internal consolidation from the lower part of an aperture of a window

Removal of glass from a back door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lower door glass down to an emphasis, then remove an upholstery of a door and a protective film.

2. Remove consolidation of a back guide of glass, then unscrew the opened screw fixing a back guide of glass.

3. Unscrew the second screw of fastening of a back guide of glass, access to which is possible from the inside of a door, then remove a glass guide from a door.

4. Remove internal and external consolidations from the lower part of an aperture of a window (see rice. Removal of internal consolidation from the lower part of an aperture of a window).

5. Incline glass forward and extract it from a window aperture up (see rice. Removal of glass from a back door).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Establish an internal upholstery of a door.

2. On models with power windows program the control unit as follows.
