• Damage of the release bearing or fork of switching off of coupling.
• The diaphragm spring of a press clutch plate is damaged.

Incomplete switching off of coupling (coupling conducts)

• The coupling cable is incorrectly adjusted.
• Jamming of the conducted clutch plate on vents of a main shaft.
• Clutch plate buckling.
• The knot of a press disk is incorrectly built.
• The coupling switching off mechanism is worn-out or incorrectly built.

Incomplete inclusion of coupling (coupling slips)

• The coupling cable is incorrectly adjusted.
• Wear of overlays of a clutch plate below an admissible limit.
• Pollution of overlays of a clutch plate oil or lubricant.
• The disk is faulty press or the diaphragm spring weakened.

Breakthroughs during the coupling work

• Wear of overlays of a clutch plate below an admissible limit.
• Pollution of overlays of a clutch plate oil or lubricant.
• Wear or jamming of a cable of coupling.
• The disk or a diaphragm spring is deformed press.
• Fastenings of the transmission to the engine are weakened.
• The nave of a clutch plate or a vent of an entrance shaft of the transmission is worn-out.

Noise during the pressing or an otpuskaniye of a pedal of coupling

• The release bearing is worn-out.
• Are worn out or is absent lubricant on coupling pedal plugs.
• The knot of a press disk is faulty.
• Damage of a diaphragm spring of a press disk.
• Damage of the damping springs to a clutch plate.
